A real estate listing helps the buyer to see view properties they would be interested in buying such as a condo, house, land, or a building.  A listing is quite helpful in that it gives details about the property.  Information such as the lot size and square footage of the location is also usually in the listing.  An MLS number is helpful to have when searching for locations to identify the specific listing you are interested in.  This type of listing also has detailed information specifying the amount bedrooms and bathrooms for example.  Another important piece of a listing is the listing price.  This is what the seller is requesting for payment.  Depending on the popularity of the place for sale, the listing cost is sometimes lower than the offered amount.
