Real estate can be defined as a term for land and all fixtures to land, including buildings and other improvements.   The real estate market has changed over the years.  As the economy changes so do the real estate prices.  In recent years, real estate values have risen dramatically.  The cost of homes and other properties is still expected to rise.  However, there will most probably be a real estate plateau soon.  In order to keep abreast of real estate trends, it is important to keep an eye on the changing financial state of the country.  One should hope that their property values increase, but also that people wishing to purchase real estate could still afford to do so.
